Full Policy

At Pata Pawa, we value your satisfaction and want you to have full confidence when shopping with us. Please read our returns and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns (Defective Products Only)

  • We only accept returns for products that are defective or not functioning as intended upon delivery.

  • You must notify us within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Returned products must be in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

  • Once the product is received, it will be inspected. If confirmed defective, we will proceed with an exchange or refund as per Section 3 below.

2. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for orders where you wish to upgrade to a product of higher value.

  • Any additional costs (price difference, transportation, and handling fees) will be borne by the buyer.

  • Products for exchange must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 3 calendar days from delivery.

3. Refunds

  • Our first priority is to replace a defective product with a functional one of the same model.

  • If an exact replacement is not possible (e.g. out of stock), we will offer:

    1. An alternative product of similar value, or

    2. A cash refund equal to the purchase amount.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after approval.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

  • Provide your order number, purchase receipt, and clear details (with photos/videos if applicable) of the defect or reason for exchange.

  • Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.

5. Important Notes

  • This policy applies only to purchases made directly from Pata Pawa.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs are not covered.

  • Shipping fees for returns or exchanges (unless product is defective) are non-refundable.
